• 90-Day Growth Engagements
• Monthly Strategic Advisory services
• AI Agent and Voice AI Agent setup and configuration
All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal which will be provided prior to the start of any engagement.
3. DISCOVERY CALLS
Free 20-minute discovery calls are offered at no charge and with no obligation. Cynthia Townsend Advisory reserves the right to decline services to any party at our discretion. Booking a discovery call does not constitute a service agreement.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms for services will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General payment terms include:
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement
• We accept payment via the methods listed on our invoice
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on cynthiatownsendadvisory.com including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Cynthia Townsend Advisory and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Any deliverables created for clients as part of a service engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

Cynthia Townsend Advisory provides consulting services based on our expertise and experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
